On 11^th, April, 2016, the 27^th China Glass Exhibition was hold at Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As the largest exhibitor this time with the biggest booth area and the largest scale of exhibits up to now, NorthGlass attracted most of the visitors with its glass tempering furnace, glass deep-processing automation system, automotive and industrial glass pre-treatment line, glass screen printing line as well as Low-E coating line with cathode and end block.

This time, NorthGlass not only showed its competitive product——the 3^rd generation A-series tempering furnace, but also brought on-site the automation system as well as the automotive and industrial glass pre-treatment line & glass screen printing line from Guangdong Juisun (who is a new member of NorthGlass).

NorthGlass 3^rd generation A-series tempering furnace that was showed in this exhibition adopts new quench structure with high precision and excellent running stability. Furthermore, the new intelligent temperature control module equipped enables the more accurate heating control; gapless convection technology makes the mass production of Low-E coating curtain wall glass possible; the optimal performance is achieved with respect to glass wave, extendable length, iridescence, electric control stability as well as maintenance convenience. With its excellent structure design, superior characteristics and charming appearance, the 3rd generation A-series tempering furnace is no doubt the most dazzling star product in the exhibition stand.

Last September, NorthGlass invested and established Guangdong NorthGlass Juisun Glass Technology Industrial Co., Ltd.. This time, the company totally exhibited 3 high-end products: Automotive and industrial glass pre-treatment line with stable and effective Rexroth system; Glass screen printing machine with shuttled glass delivery design and Siemens control system; Full-automatic glass roller printing machine with the coupling structure for power input and vacuum diaphragm pump for automatic ink jetting. NorthGlass Juisun caters to the rising automation needs for process system, being able to provide automation solutions for glass deep and high-precision processing. The strong association between NorthGlass and Juisun will push their glass screen printing line to become the top-one brand and also the automotive and industrial glass pre-treatment line to rank top-three domestically in the next 3 years. These 3 new products well cater to market needs and attracted big attention from visitors.

In this exhibition, NorthGlass Automation Corporation showed its integrative automation system at the first time, assembling more than 20 automation technologies such as order management system, production execution management system, RFID system, intelligent integrated communication technology, etc.. The four days of exhibition witnessed NorthGlass’ nearly 1,200 m2booth area and simultaneously running of more than a dozen of machines. It is quite impressive to see that many customers were waiting in line for business inquiries from time to time.
